NOVA Medical School provides the entire academic community of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (students, former students, employees and direct family members of students), and the rest of the community, the Nutrition & Metabolism consultation service.
The Nutrition & Metabolism appoitment comprises the assessment of nutritional status, eating habits and behaviors that will allow defining the best strategy for adopting a healthier eating pattern, preventing disease, especially non-communicable chronic diseases, and, if necessary, adapting to the existence of disease, always in a personalized and individual way.
Additionally, you will have access to complementary diagnostic tests such as body composition assessment, using tetrapolar bioimpedance, and anthropometric assessment using skinfolds and perimeters.
