Casino, also known as Salsa Cubana or Salsa Casino, is a social, popular and traditional Cuban dance, danced in couples and/or in a circle format (the famous Rueda de Casino). Likewise, due to the richness and joy of Cuban culture, these social dance styles are considered positive for the mental and psychological well-being of those who practice them.

Contemporary Dance classes help you gain body awareness based on different stimuli. Realize our limits and the barriers we place on ourselves before we even reach them. It’s about letting your body flow and trusting the process. In all classes, different sensations will be explored, which opens up space for questioning and, above all, discovery. This is not a professional class, but a class that allows different bodies to expand their creativity, both physical and mental.
