Sport Merit Scholarship
The NOVA University of Lisbon has a Sports Merit Scholarship, constituting an institutional recognition to Student-Athletes who stood out, representing the University, through university sports performances of excellence, in a national and international context.

Student-Athlete Status
The Universidade Nova de Lisboa has the Student-Athlete Status, which applies to students enrolled at NOVA who represent the University or the Student Associations (AEs) in championships promoted by the Academic Federation of University Sports (FADU), the Higher Education Sports Association of Lisbon (ADESL), the International University Sports Federation (FISU) and the European University Sports Association (EUSA), specifically:
- Regional and national university championships;
- International sports competitions.
