ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION IS A RIGHT OF ALL CITIZENS.
NOVA University Lisbon provides its students with access to various financial supports in collaboration with the General Directorate of Higher Education (DGES), companies, institutions and individuals, promoting the participation of society for a good common – higher education.
Scholarships exist with the aim of meeting the needs of students whose family’s economic situation hinders or prevents them from continuing their higher education. Thus, the NOVA University of Lisbon, as a public institution for higher education, is promoting and appealing to the participation of all individuals, in order to minimize economic differences and to close the gap between the possibilities of students from different backgrounds in the access and continuity of their higher education. We can contribute today to promote higher education for the youth of the future.
